This Payment Policy explains how payments are accepted and processed when an order is placed through umhubmetal.com.

Umhubmetal.com accepts the following payment methods at checkout:

Only payment methods displayed as available during checkout can be used for a particular order. Availability may depend on the customer's device, browser, location, and the payment provider's eligibility requirements.

CURRENCY AND ORDER TOTAL

All prices, shipping charges, discounts, and taxes shown on umhubmetal.com are stated in U.S. dollars unless checkout clearly indicates otherwise. Before submitting payment, customers can review the product subtotal, discounts, shipping cost, applicable taxes, and final order total. umhubmetal.com does not add undisclosed mandatory charges after an order is submitted.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

When an order is placed, the selected payment provider may authorize or charge the payment method for the full order amount. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance. umhubmetal.com may cancel or hold an order when payment cannot be verified, the transaction is flagged for suspected fraud, inventory is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, or the shipping address cannot be serviced.

If an order is canceled before fulfillment, any captured payment will be returned to the original payment method. A temporary authorization hold may take additional time to disappear, depending on the customer's bank or wallet provider.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Payments are processed through Shopify's commerce platform and the payment providers made available at checkout. Full payment-card details are transmitted through secured payment systems and are not provided to umhubmetal.com as readable, complete card numbers. Customers should never send full card details by email.

FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS

A payment may be declined because of insufficient funds, an incorrect billing address, an expired card, a bank security rule, or another issue controlled by the payment provider. Customers should verify their information or contact their bank before trying another payment method. An order is not considered successfully placed until checkout displays confirmation and an order confirmation is issued.
