By using the site or submitting an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and the policies linked on the site, including the Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Umhubmetal.com aims to describe each product accurately, including material, finish, dimensions, weight, included components, and mounting method. Handmade, formed, welded, painted, or patinated metal products may show reasonable variations in color, texture, surface character, and weld appearance. Screen settings and room lighting can also affect perceived color.

Lifestyle photographs help illustrate placement and scale but are not technical measurement drawings. Written measurements and specifications control. Customers should verify available wall space and installation requirements before ordering.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout clearly states otherwise. The complete amount payable, including discounts, shipping charges, and applicable tax, is displayed before order submission. Payment methods and processing are described in the Payment Policy.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change before an order is placed. Changes do not alter an already accepted order unless a clear technical or pricing error occurred. If a material error is discovered, umhubmetal.com will contact the customer and offer correction or cancellation with a refund.

ORDER SUBMISSION AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation shows that the order was received; final acceptance occurs when the order is approved for fulfillment. umhubmetal.com may decline or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, service-area restrictions, an incorrect price, an undeliverable address, or a legal requirement.

If a canceled order has been charged, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The Shipping Policy states the service area, free-shipping terms, cutoff time, processing time, transit time, total estimated delivery time, carriers, and delay procedures. Delivery estimates are based on business days and are not guaranteed appointments. Title and risk of loss transfer only as provided by applicable law.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Return eligibility, return shipping responsibility, refund timing, damaged-item procedures, and exceptions are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. umhubmetal.com does not offer direct exchanges. A customer who wants a different product must complete an approved return and place a new order.

PRODUCT INSTALLATION AND CARE

Customers must use mounting hardware and methods appropriate for the product weight, wall material, and local conditions. Included general-purpose hardware may not suit every wall. Before drilling, customers should consider concealed wiring, plumbing, wall framing, and load capacity. Professional installation is recommended when the correct method is uncertain.

Products must be used for their stated decorative purpose and cared for according to product instructions. Unauthorized modification, unsafe installation, outdoor exposure of an indoor-only product, or use of unsuitable fasteners may cause damage or injury.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Site content, including original copy, photographs, graphics, layout, and product presentation, is protected by applicable law. Personal, non-commercial viewing is allowed. Copying, republishing, scraping, modifying, selling, or commercially exploiting site content without permission is prohibited except where applicable law permits.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. umhubmetal.com is not responsible for a third party's independent systems, outages, or content, but this section does not reduce responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly stated on the product page or required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes implied warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, umhubmetal.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from misuse, unauthorized modification, incompatible installation materials, or third-party services. For a claim connected with a purchased product, total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires a different remedy or does not permit the limitation.

INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, a user agrees to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from that user's unlawful misuse of the site, infringement of another party's rights, or material violation of these Terms. This section does not apply to losses caused by umhubmetal.com or rights that cannot be limited by law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding that is not required by law to be brought elsewhere will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction serving Hinds County, Mississippi. Consumers retain any mandatory rights available under the law of their residence.

SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a permanent waiver.

TERMINATION

Access may be suspended or terminated for fraud, unlawful conduct, security threats, or material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations—will survive.
